Boys aged 11 and 13 missing after they were lats seen in North York, police asks for assistance

Two young boys are now deemed missing after they were last seen in North York earlier this week.
 
Toronto Police published a news release identifying 11-year-old Carter and 13-year-old Deshawn, who were last seen at 4:30 p.m. on Monday in the Dufferin Street and Sheppard Avenue area.
 
Further describing their appearance, the police said Carter is five feet tall  with slim build and short curly brown hair. Earlier this week, he was alst seen wearing a blue jacket, black pants and white running shoes.
 
Deshwan’s height is recorded to as five-foot-nine, also with slim build and curly brown hair. The attire in which he was last seen included a black jacket, gray pants with black pockets and white shoes. 
 
For anyone with any information about both the boys are requested by the investigators to contact them at 416-808-3200.
 
“Police are concerned for their safety,” investigators said.
 
Meanwhile, the Missing Children's Network has released an updated image showing what Ariel Jeffrey Kouakou, who disappeared in Montreal's Ahuntsic neighbourhood in 2018 at age 10, might look like now, six years later. The image was created by experts from Sûreté du Québec to help the Montreal Police Service gather new information for their ongoing investigation into Ariel's case. Originally, authorities speculated that the child might have accidentally fallen into a nearby river.
